Moonware Universal Source Filter is a Directshow Source filter based on Netcam Studio's decoding engine which provides decoding for JPEG, MJPEG, MPEG-4 Streams, local media files, and RTSP (TCP/UDP) network cameras. The program allows connecting a network camera in Skype, Webex and all applications which do not natively support these cameras.
